How this website may be used, and the ground rules for working with us.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
The short version
You own your ad accounts, your data, and the work we produce for you.
No long lock-in. Engagements end on the notice set out in the signed scope.
We promise the work and the reporting. Nobody can honestly promise a number.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of theflowx.com and set out the standing position we work from. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both sides.
If a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with anything on this page, the signed document wins.
2. Use of this website
Everything on this site — including the notes, frameworks and case references — is published for information. It is not advice for your particular situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
Please do not attempt to breach the security of the site, scrape it at volume, or republish substantial parts of its content as your own without written permission. Short quotes with a link back are welcome.
3. Engagements and scope
Before work starts we put the scope in writing: what we will do, what you will receive, over what period, at what fee, and how often we review it together. Most engagements run on our 90-day plan, but the signed scope is what controls the work.
Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are carried out. If a change affects the timeline or the fee, we say so at the time rather than afterwards.
4. Fees, media spend and payment
Fees, invoicing schedule and payment terms are set out in the signed scope.
Media spend is not our fee. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Applicable taxes are charged in addition to fees where the law requires.
If an invoice goes materially overdue we may pause work after telling you first. We do not stop work without notice.
5. What we need from you
The work depends on a few things only you can provide: timely access to the relevant accounts and assets, the brand and product information we ask for, and a named decision-maker who can approve things inside a reasonable window.
Where those are delayed, the timeline moves with them. We will flag it in the weekly review rather than let it quietly slip.
6. Intellectual property and ownership
You own
Your ad accounts, analytics properties, domains, data and audiences — held in your own platform accounts throughout. On full payment, you also own the final deliverables we produce for you: the copy, the pages, the creative and the reports.
We keep
Our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, checklists and internal tooling — including the 90-day plan itself. Where any of that is embedded in a deliverable, you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to keep using it as part of that deliverable.
We may describe the engagement and its results in our portfolio and notes. If you would rather we did not name you, say so in the scope and we will keep it anonymous.
7. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. That covers your numbers, your roadmap and your commercial terms, and it survives the end of the engagement. It does not cover information that is already public, that either side already had, or that the law requires to be disclosed.
8. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your product, your pricing, your sales follow-up, and a good deal that sits outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any particular level of leads, ranking, return on ad spend, or revenue.
The figures in our case studies describe specific past engagements. They are a record of what happened for those clients, not a forecast of what will happen for you.
What we do commit to is the work described in the scope, an honest read of the numbers, and telling you when something is not working.
9. Third-party platforms
Much of the work runs on platforms we do not control — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, your CMS, your CRM, and others. Their policies, pricing, algorithms, review decisions and outages can change without warning and can affect results. We will work around such changes as best we can, but they are not within our responsibility.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the flowX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising out of the website or an engagement.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us under that engagement in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination and handover
Either side may end an engagement by giving the notice set out in the signed scope. There is no lock-in beyond that notice period.
On termination you pay for the work performed up to that date, and we hand back full access to accounts, assets and work in progress. We do not hold accounts or data hostage over a commercial disagreement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where a signed engagement agreement sets out a different forum.
