01
Calls and enquiries go to the wrong branch
A shared number, a shared WhatsApp, or a shared booking link. The patient reaches a desk that is not the one they asked for.
For hearing and speech clinics
Several branches
For hearing and speech clinic groups in India. Calls and enquiries should reach the branch the patient meant.
Fixed price. Scope and price agreed on the call.
The work
Five things a group with several branches needs in place. The single-branch sprint stays on the sprint page.
01
A shared number, a shared WhatsApp, or a shared booking link. The patient reaches a desk that is not the one they asked for.
02
Each branch needs its own Google Business Profile: the right name, hours, services, photos, and link. One listing, or two that disagree, sends people to the wrong place.
03
The website asks which branch before the call, the WhatsApp, or the booking. The patient should not have to guess.
04
Each branch has a named person for the first reply on calls and WhatsApp. A message should not sit because it landed on another desk.
05
Enquiries, bookings, and first-reply time, counted by branch, where the group can count that way.
The plan
Two weeks. The same shape as the clinic sprint, read branch by branch.
Day 1
Read each branch's listing, number, website path, and who answers today.
Day 7
Day 7: the branch picker and a first-reply owner per branch are in place, and each branch's listing is fixed or submitted for Google verification.
Day 14
Day 14: handover, a scoreboard per branch, and the next steps.
How it runs
One branch
If you have one location, use the 2-week sprint. This page is for groups whose calls and enquiries cross branches.
See the 2-week sprintNext step
You leave the call knowing which branch the sprint would look at first.
