FAQ

Questions clinic owners ask.

Plain answers for hearing and speech clinics in India. The scope is the two-week sprint.

Sprint

What does the sprint include?

Day 1 is an audit of the Google Business Profile, the website, and the path a patient uses to call, message on WhatsApp, or book. Day 7: fixes are made and submitted, and a first-reply process with simple scripts for the desk is in place. Google can take time to review profile edits. Day 14: handover, a one-page scoreboard of enquiries, bookings, and first-reply time, and the next steps in writing. The scope is the two weeks on the sprint page.

What is the timeline?

Two weeks. Day 1 is audit and setup. Day 7: fixes are made, and the first reply is in place. Day 14: handover and the scoreboard. Dates move if access is late. Google sets its own review time for profile edits. The scope does not grow inside those two weeks.

What happens after day 14?

You receive the handover, the scoreboard, and the next steps in writing. The sprint ends there. Later work, if you want it, is a separate conversation. Nothing continues on its own.

Working together

Who does the work?

You speak to a founder. The people named on the about page do the work. It is not handed to a separate team after the call.

What does the clinic need to provide?

Access to the Google Business Profile, and to the person who can edit the website. The phone number and WhatsApp the desk actually uses. One named person at the desk for the first reply. A short check-in on day 1 and at the handover. If access is missing, that part waits. We do not change a listing we cannot open.

How do we start?

Book a 30-minute sprint call. You leave knowing what the sprint would look at first. If you would rather write, email info@theflowx.com.

Money and scope

Do we need to run ads?

No. The sprint does not buy ads and does not manage an ads account. It covers the Google Business Profile, the website, and the first reply. If you already run ads, say so on the call. The sprint does not depend on them.

What if we have several branches?

A group with several branches uses the multi-branch sprint. It covers calls and enquiries that reach the wrong branch, one Google listing per branch, a branch picker on the website, a first-reply owner for each branch, and a scoreboard for each branch. How that is priced is on the multi-branch page.

How does payment work?

The sprint is a fixed price. The price is agreed on the call. You see the scope before the work starts. The items on the sprint page are the scope. We do not add a second fee during the two weeks for work that page already lists. A group with several branches has its scope and price agreed on the call.

Data

How is clinic data handled?

Enquiry details stay in the clinic's own accounts. We look at them only to do the sprint, and the scoreboard counts enquiries without patient names. We do not sell personal data. This website loads Google Analytics 4 and does not run advertising pixels. The privacy policy says what the site itself collects. We do not need, and do not ask for, clinical or patient records.
