The 2-week sprint for your practice.

For an independent audiologist. A fixed plan for your Google Business Profile, the website booking path, and the first reply by call or text.

Fixed price. Scope and price agreed on the call.

The plan

Day 1. Day 7. Day 14.

Two weeks.

Day 1

Audit and setup

Day 1 audits the front desk with our own test calls and texts. We also read the Google Business Profile and the website booking path.

  • Google Business Profile: name, category, hours, the hearing evaluation your practice offers and the other services you list, photos, and the link a patient taps.
  • The website booking path that listing points at, and whether the next step is a call, a text, or a booking.
  • Test calls and texts from us, including one from someone who wants to book a hearing evaluation with you.
  • The practice reports counts of enquiries, bookings, and reply times, never message contents.

Day 7

Fixes and first reply

Day 7: fixes are made and submitted, and the first-reply process is in place.

  • Website booking-path fixes are live. Google Business Profile edits are submitted; Google reviews them before they show.
  • A first-reply process for calls and texts is in place.
  • First-reply scripts are written without reading real messages.

Day 14

Handover

Day 14: handover, a one-page scoreboard, and the next steps.

  • Handover of what changed and what still sits with the practice.
  • A one-page scoreboard: inquiries, bookings, and first-reply time.
  • The next steps, written down.

How it runs

Fixed scope

  • You speak to a founder.
  • The scope stays the two weeks on this page.
  • Independent audiology practices in the United States.
  • We do not access patient records, call recordings, or message contents.
  • Dates move if access is late. Google sets its own review time for profile edits.

Next step

Start with a 30-minute call.

You leave the call knowing what the sprint would look at first.
